Well this is interesting!🤔
Holy, Holy, Holy! He is speaking to us!
“WAIT A MINUTE… Y’all, tell me why this has me SHOOK!!
Rachel means “sheep.”
Simon means “to hear” or “to listen.”
Isaias means “Yaweh is salvation.”
Put it all together… “Sheep, listen.Yaweh is your salvation.” 🙌🏼
I don’t know about y’all, but I serve a God who can speak through ANYTHING! Sometimes we just need to slow down, open our eyes, and pay attention to what He’s showing us. 🙏🏼
Now tell me… is God trying to get somebody’s attention or WHAT?!”

I had no idea..
"This man was born in 1809.
In 1816, at age 7, he was forced to work because his family was expelled.
In 1818, he lost his mother.
In 1828, he lost his sister.
In 1831, he opened his first business and went bankrupt.
In 1832, he stood in the legislative elections and lost.
In 1833, he borrowed money to open another business and went bankrupt again.
In 1835, he met a wonderful woman. He falls in love with her, they get engaged, and she dies.
In 1836, he entered a dark period of his life: deep depression.
He remains bedridden for 6 consecutive months. But he gets up.
He gets up and in that same year of 1836 he runs in the legislative elections and loses again.
In 1840 he presented himself as an elector; he loses.
In 1842, he met the woman he would end his life with.
They fall in love, get engaged, get married and she gives him 4 children and they lose 3 (three).
In 1843, he appeared at the congresses and lost.
In 1845, he appeared again at the congresses and lost again.
In 1850, his son died.
In 1854, he ran for the Senate and lost.
In 1856, he ran for Vice President, he didn't even have 100 votes.
In '58, he ran again for the Senate and lost again.
And in 1860 ABRAHAM LINCOLN was elected President of the United States of America 🇺🇸.
He was elected for two exceptional terms (he was assassinated in beginning of the second term.) He was one of the most respected and impactful Presidents in the history of the United States 🇺🇸.
It's important to tell this story of perseverance because we see the hero, but we don't see the backstage of the afflictions. "
Wow. ...
I think this is a great example of Never Never Never Give Up! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
America burned Japan's first gift of cherry trees. All 2,000 of them, on President Taft's direct order.
The 1910 shipment arrived in DC crawling with insects and nematodes. Agriculture inspectors condemned the lot, Taft signed off on the bonfire, and the State Department braced for a diplomatic disaster. Tokyo's mayor, Yukio Ozaki, responded by sending 3,020 more, grafted from the famous grove along the Arakawa River.
Those trees have spent a century paying the friendship back.
Four days after Pearl Harbor, vandals chopped down four of them. Park officials renamed the survivors "Oriental" cherry trees for the rest of the war to protect them from axes.
Then came the twist. By 1952 the original Arakawa grove in Tokyo, the parent stock, had nearly died from wartime neglect. Japan asked Washington for help. The Park Service shipped budwood from DC's trees back across the Pacific and restored the grove that created them. When a flood wiped out more Japanese trees in 1982, horticulturists took 800 fresh cuttings from the Tidal Basin.
These 250 new trees solve a real problem too. The Tidal Basin is sinking, and a $133 million seawall rebuild forced crews to rip out roughly 150 trees. Japan offered replacements before anyone asked, timed to America's 250th birthday.
So the genetics run in a loop. Tokyo's grove seeded Washington's. Washington's saved Tokyo's. The saplings going in this spring descend from both.
114 years of diplomacy, running on grafted branches.
Today on America 250 we should echo the words of George Washington’s prayer:
“Almighty God, who has given us this good land for our heritage, we humbly beseech Thee that we may always prove ourselves a people mindful of Thy favor and glad to do Thy will.
Bless our land with honorable industry, sound learning and pure manners.
“
Save us from violence, discord and confusion; from pride and arrogance, and from every evil way.
Defend our liberties, and fashion into one united people the multitudes brought out of many kindreds and tongues.
Endue with the spirit of wisdom those whom in Thy name we entrust the authority of government, that there may be peace and justice at home, and that through obedience to Thy law, we may show forth Thy praise among the nations of the earth.
In the time of prosperity, fill our hearts with thankfulness, and in the day of trouble, suffer not our trust in Thee to fail.
All of which we ask through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.”
HOLY NIGHT: When this nurse found out her patient played guitar, she got him one and they sang "O Holy Night" together during his chemotherapy treatment 👼❤️
A nurse in Texas sang “How Great Thou Art” while feeding her patient.
The patient's daughter captured the moment as her mother was smiling at the nurse singing. 😊
I had the privilege of doing a number of interviews with Dr. James Dobson over the years. In one conversation a few years back, I asked him, “If you could give one last talk on one final topic, what would it be?” Here was his reply…
