So it looks like it’s come to this on April 22. I flew with Ryanair out of terminal two and for some reason the security forgot to give me back my film camera. Nobody is being helpful. Nobody is helping to return it. My lawyer will be in touch
@aena@RyanairPress@Ryanair I’m still waiting for someone to return my camera from Josep Tarradella Airporn in BCN! This is unacceptable that your security team hand checked my camera on my behalf and regret to give it back. This is the theft at this point. I need my camera now.
@aena another example of performative assurance. Why ask for my flight details if you don’t need them? To just send me a lost & found link that anyone can find. Why not just send that first? Not that that would be more helpful but this is a shame…
