My views covered in Times of India on why subcategorisation and creamy layer implementation is difficult because of lack of data on inter se backwardness across various groups and non availability of data at every level like Group A/B to get an accurate picture of inadequate representation.
CJI Chandrachud sir has clearly mentioned that empirical data is a must for subcategorisation and introduction of creamy layer, else the same can be challenged in the court of law.

Reason why Dominant caste South Indian OBCs of all religions bash mostly poor Dalits, Adivasis, Pasmanda Muslims of ONLY two states of UP & Bihar under label of "savage North Indians" is to HIDE, VIOLENT, ROTTEN & TOXIC CASTISM of South Indian OBCs against South Indian SCs & STs.
Not Outrage but Silence is the pattern among bengali upper castes if Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe is institutional victim. They are preparing to write next chapter for a Subaltern studies book edited by some Brahman Kayastha Chatterjee, Bandyopadhyay, Bhattacharya,Guha etc.
Good morning. THIS is the biggest thing in a while. Bihar has released caste survey figures. The first census data of *all* castes in a state since 1931. Data confirms what anti-caste scholars and politicians have been saying for a while: UCs only 15% of population. Bahujans 85%
