@AirIndiaX As soon as possible I want my money back. I have gone through enough. I have flown with so many airlines around the world but this is such a bewildering experience.

@AirIndiaX TBH, you don't understand the situation of a customer. I paid the money and even after that I have to spend my energy and time.

For your reference here is the bank statement . I have also sent the same to the customer executive.

Neither did they give me a ticket nor refund.

@AirIndiaX Also, there was no time limit given to me. The payment went direct through NetBanking. Money got deducted from my account. In your website under my reservations, I saw the pnr and ticket being issued, stating that you will shortly get the email.

But I never got any email.

@AirIndiaX I have made the payment. The payment has been deducted from my bank account. I can provide you with the details. So, I don't understand how the payment is done and yet you are saying that payment is declined. If you declined it, I should have gotten a response. But there was none

@AirIndiaX has truly created a history by not issuing us a ticket till date while deducting the money on 8th Jan. While we were supposed to fly tomorrow, they are telling us today that the payment declined from our end.
On top of that they asked me to wait for 24 hours.
