Wow @playstation support is such a scam. After waiting 30+ min for an agent they have more than once stated I was in the wrong region for support and immediately close the chat. (Not true) Just their underhanded attempts to not refund.

@K4y1s Many times I work out problems by having a conversation with it. I do get legit answers at times, but the process of conversation helps me figure out solutions.
