@ChitChaatChai @vmbusiness @vmbusinesshelp Yes defiantly not the first! Shame really all I got was an updated reference number been with them over 2 years now and it’s gone down at least 5 times seems like it’s the same reason always

[Meat Rack Earlsfield @meatrackuk]

@vmbusiness plz can someone give me a number to contact my business internet is down and there is no website number for out of hours very angry customer right now!

[Meat Rack Earlsfield @meatrackuk]

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness @ChitChaatChai I spoke to them last night was told 8.15 this will be sorted,called at 9pm to be told 10pm and now I’m being told 11.40pm. For a big company like virgin media how long does it take for a problem like this to be fixed knowing it’s a business account & we rely on your services

[Meat Rack Earlsfield @meatrackuk]

@vmbusiness @ChitChaatChai @vmbusinesshelp Is yours working yet? @ChitChaatChai ridiculous right?!? This is not the first time that has happened from one Bussiness to another very disappointing and to top it off I’m still on hold

[Meat Rack Earlsfield @meatrackuk]

@vmbusiness @ChitChaatChai @vmbusinesshelp Still not working!!
