Will @SouthwestAir EVER offer lounge access to A-list or A-list Preferred members. Southwest is no longer a budget airline so why not offer lounge perks like other carriers. Even if its through Priority Pass, it's better than nothing.
@SouthwestAir This is disappointing. 90% or my flights are on SW. If I flew Delta (the ticket prices are now comparable) and obtained the same status I would get free lounge access and the occasional seat upgrade. I've been loyal to SW for years but I feel like I'm missing out on benefits.
@PNCBank merchant services is the biggest effin joke. After paying for a service I thought I canceled and have not used in 5 years ago, I was just told they could not credit me for 1 mnth bc I did not call to the right department originally! Horrible customer service
I get that we are having issues at the airports but @SouthwestAir is doing a horrible job of notifying us of changes. I missed my flight because you failed to notify me that the departure time was moved back to the original time. What a mess.
@Verizon has the worst automated system. Do you still have people to answer the phones? I've been with you for over 25 years because of your customer service, but this shit Im dealing with has me rethinking the extra expense.

@Chase what the hell are you doing. I pad my cc IN FULL every month for the last 2 years and I have had an interest on my account for the last 2 months. When I called, they could see I pay MORE than the previous balance but cant credit back the fees! I need help!!!
