Hi #cPenNetwork community,
We are pausing Chasepot on production for now.
As we prepare for the upcoming $INK launch and the next chapter of cPen’s ecosystem design, we want to focus on the priorities that matter most right now.
What this means:
🔥 The remaining USDT in the Chasepot treasury will be used for $CPEN buy-and-burn, helping reduce supply and return value back to the community.
🛠️ Chasepot is not disappearing. We believe in the idea, and as cPen grows, we plan to bring it back bigger, stronger, and better prepared.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
The best is yet to come.

Pi Launchpad has updated its participation flow and model, incorporating data and feedback from the first Testnet token that launched on Pi Day 2026!
The first Launchpad test token attracted over 478,000 participating Pioneers and generated valuable feedback on the Launchpad mechanism. That feedback has now been incorporated into a simpler participation flow, updated Launchpad mechanics, and an improved user experience.
A second test token “SLICE” is now live on Testnet to help evaluate if the updates can achieve these goals, and to give Pioneers another chance to learn the new ecosystem token mechanics. As a reminder, SLICE is a Testnet token and will never go onto Mainnet.
To participate:
• Open Pi Launchpad in Pi Browser
• Review the SLICE test token and project
• Choose a commitment amount in Test-Pi
• Confirm participation
• Engage with the Slice of Pi app and provide feedback
Participation will remain open until Pi2Day on June 28.

Building used to be the hard part until AI changed that.
Now it's distribution, and @PiCoreTeam is solving it for an entirely new wave of creators.
When those apps are ready to handle real payments across borders, we'll be here 👋
Want to help grow the Pi ecosystem? Invite vibe coders to bring their AI-created apps to Pi’s real distribution network and utility ecosystem through Pi App Studio!
Here’s how to participate:
1. Identify communities of active vibe coders such as a Subreddit, X Communities, Facebook group, or developer forum.
2. Join and contribute to the specific vibe coder community. Engage with community members on topics around vibe coding and app creation.
3. Introduce Pi Network as a distribution network to vibe coders looking for users for their app.
4. Submit the link to your post through the “Vibe Coder” button in the Pi mining app.
Spread the word: Vibe coders can easily bring their AI-created apps to the Pi ecosystem, where those apps can be discovered, used, supported, and improved by real people!
Any creator can benefit from what Pi ecosystem has to offer: a large, engaged community of 60M+ Engaged Pioneers, plus infrastructure including global payments, Pi Wallet, Pi Ad Network, and social network access.

The relationship between Pi Network and the Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP) @PiCoreTeam@StellarOrg
Note: I sometimes shorten "Pi Network" to just "Pi" in the text
The relationship between Pi Network and the Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP) is foundational, as Pi’s entire blockchain architecture is built atop this protocol.
While Pi uses SCP to reach consensus, it has adapted the technology to support its unique mission of being a mobile-first, inclusive ecosystem for everyday people.
Core Technical Foundation
Pi Network identified SCP as the leading candidate for its blockchain because it enables user-friendly, mobile-first mining that does not require the massive energy consumption of 1st-generation cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.
Federated Byzantine Agreements (FBA): SCP uses a novel mechanism called FBA to ensure that updates to the distributed ledger are accurate.
Unlike Bitcoin, which uses "Proof of Work" to elect a leader to produce a block, SCP relies on nodes exchanging lightweight messages and votes to reach consensus.
Software Dependency: The Pi Node software is heavily dependent on stellar-core, the open-source software that powers the Stellar Network.
This allows Pi to leverage a technology that has been extensively tested for years on the Stellar blockchain.
Pi's Adaptations to SCP
While the underlying protocol is the same, Pi’s implementation differs significantly from the existing Stellar deployment in terms of its participants and data sources:
Individual vs. Institutional Nodes: The Stellar Network primarily consists of companies and institutions (such as IBM) acting as nodes.
Pi, conversely, is designed to allow individual devices-including mobile phones, laptops, and personal computers-to contribute to the protocol.
The Global Trust Graph: Pi's main contribution over the existing Stellar deployment is the introduction of a trust graph.
This graph is built from the Security Circles provided by millions of individual "Contributors" (Pioneers who vouch for 3-5 people they trust).
Informing Node Configuration: Pi Nodes use this community-provided trust graph to set up their "quorum slices".
In standard SCP, a node must manually choose which other nodes to trust; Pi automates and decentralizes this process by using the aggregate trust data from its massive mobile user base.
Consensus and Rewards
Both Stellar and Pi use the consensus protocol for more than just recording transactions:
Daily Meritocratic Distribution: Just as the Stellar network uses SCP to compute weekly inflation and distribute tokens, Pi employs the protocol once a day to compute a network-wide distribution of newly minted $Pi.
Performance and Finality: Because it is based on SCP, Pi is expected to achieve transaction finality within 3 to 5 seconds.
This is significantly faster than Bitcoin, where users must often wait up to an hour for a transaction to be considered final.
Governance and Ecosystem Similarities
Pi also mirrors the organizational structure of Stellar. Like the Stellar Development Foundation, Pi intends to eventually manage community organization and ecosystem building through a non-profit Pi Foundation
This foundation will use the protocol to organize community voting and sponsor developer events to build a utility-based ecosystem.

Help bring more AI-created apps to the Pi ecosystem and enter a raffle to win Pi Network merch!
Pioneers are invited to introduce Pi App Studio to vibe coders and AI-builder communities around the world.
Why?
Because as AI makes building apps easier, competition for human attention and user acquisition becomes more intense.
Pi App Studio helps creators connect AI-built apps to:
60M+ engaged Pioneers
Built-in payments
Identity infrastructure
Pi Ad Network
And more!
Find a relevant builder community, share how Pi can help creators reach real users, then submit your post through the Pi App to enter the raffle.
By helping more creators discover Pi, Pioneers can help expand the range of apps, tools, and services available in the Pi ecosystem. A stronger app ecosystem gives Pioneers more ways to use Pi, support useful products, and participate in real utility.
