Honestly I know internet since 2006, people today are the simplest and stupidest they ever been on worldwideweb. They argue for the sake of arguing, do not read at all for whatever reason and just being repeating words and stuff they heard here and there without thinking at all!!

@Spawn0fSparda Not the games.people! Not the fucking games! This is done however and for whatever reason the creators of the SHOW want. There are Easter eggs from the game, sure but this is not an 1:1 adaptation it the game! Dante is not consistent in the games!! Please learn to read and think!

Because it is A show, it is not THE game. For the show to work like one, he needs to have his ups and downs (and more downs) so he can experience something like building character development or some shit like that. Also kinda cannon to how every game is diff Dante, same here ig.
