@BungieStore Figured it out, apparently it's if the Ace of Spades Nerf Blaster is in the cart with anything else. I guess in order to balance out flat rate shipping you had to force customers to make multiple separate purchases.

@BungieStore Shipping step at checkout just says "Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time" no matter what I do. US-based address; thought it was supposed to be a flat $7.77 rate?

@AskPayPal I've been trying to add a note/special instructions on a transaction sending out money, but as soon as I start typing in the text box an error stating "Enter a maximum of 250 characters" appears and nothing I type is accepted. Tried multiple browsers and devices.
