@KeiziTV This is most likely due HDR vs SDR color space shenanigans. HDR signals default to the bt.2020 color space but SDR has a different standard, bt.709. Showing bt.2020 stuff while in SDR can oversaturate colors a ton, especially reds.

@Utd_Y14 Changing tint that much might make some scenes look good, but it’ll cook almost every other scene. Best to leave that closer to neutral. The rest is fine tho. Also PSA: watch this show in SDR NOT HDR. The hdr grade raises shadows and blacks and makes it even more muddy than usual

@akeltheartist @ColeH21 I agree with you on that for part two, but the first Dune stays consistent with its ratio switches much more. Indoor and dialogue heavy scenes are scope, while action heavy scenes and anything with worms expand to 1.43, for the most part.

Dune 2 kinda just does it whenever lol.
