@TMobileHelp The grave incompetence of all involved, lack of infrastructure on the t mobile money customer support line has lead me to the conclusion that it is time to close this account. None of your CSRs have any clue what to do so I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Spent 8hrs being ping ponged between @nowtv broadband and Sky both telling me the other was the one I had to talk to. @SkyBroadbandd your customer service is abominable finally got Naren who assured me he’d sort it but of course not. I’m looking for new broadband.
