✅ overweight ——> diet and exercise
✅ poor ——> learn skills and make more
✅ anxiety ——> breathing and meditation
✅ skin problems ——> skincare

What’s your go to stress relieving supplements?
Still feeling lots of stress lately and lack of gratitude. Not saying I feel depressed.
I workout, read, sauna, breathing exercises and still feel it creep in especially in the am.
Any advice ?
Just went through my DM requests and wow some folks are relentless.
I’ll be honest, if I get a double message or triple then I’m going to ignore it 99% of the time.
