Can’t stop thinking about a patient I had yesterday. Was diagnosed recently and in our appt, I asked her how she has been feeling coping with the news and she broke down :( she said no one so far in the healthcare process had asked how she felt and she thanked me for caring.

It’s only really anxiety and depression that’s been destigmatized. When it comes to schizo, bipolar, psychosis, mood regulation and personality disorders, there is still so much judgement. #psychiatry #mentalhealth
