@Holly_Hamrick It may be worth it to update each template to have the same size text box on all of them. Then, at that time, also make sure that there aren't any extra breaks (where someone hit the enter key) in the text.

@Holly_Hamrick This usually indicates that this song was first built in a different size. Then, you are now using another size and when it tries to resize it, this happens. Do you see an Orange Triangle on these cues?

@DioceseTech After you have clicked the Star Icon to save it to your Cues Library, you should then be able to find it when you click the Star Icon on the right side of MediaShout to open the Cues Library. Let me know what you are having trouble with.

@Holly_Hamrick There is not an option for this right now. I apologize. What I have done in the past is actually use the Snipping Tool within Windows to take a snippet (picture) of that Announcement Cue. Then, you can save that and upload it to Social Media! I hope this helps!

@Holly_Hamrick I'm sorry to see that! I'll be happy to help. Generally we see this when the "remote app" settings are turned on. If you go to "Settings>General Settings>Remote" and turn of the server that is there. That should help, if not contact us at https://t.co/589QtYJYzO :)

@Holly_Hamrick you may try deleting your thumbnails. Go to C:\ProgramData\MediaComplete\MediaShout 6\Thumbnails and delete the contents.
