@MaddsEatz am i the only one who finds his reply really sweet? like obviously he doesnt know everything and saying ‘cheat meals’ can be harmful, but its so obvious hes trying and i think thats really sweet of him ^_^;
@Sghettilee be careful though!!! drinking water is very good but it can also cause problems when u drink too much!! it can flush out electrolytes and can hurt your body! drinking more than 1 liter an hour can be dangerous ^_^
@Sghettilee stay hydrated!!! drinking lots of water can help boost metabolism, and appetite suppression. water weight is a very real thing and your body will hold onto it if not hydrated!
