Is it possible to do scrapping of the science articles databases (such as Elsevier) and then have a LLM categorize and organize the information so that we have a map of all knoweldge there is, what has been tried and how, what results do we have and what should we try next?
@citrus_seashore Cersei + Jaime = carnival mirror of Naerys + Dragonknight. From a narrative PoV, it seems GRRM is following a pattern of "first as a tragedy, then as a farse".
@shvllwebvgvn I think Rhaenyra has always been spoiled and short tempered but she was not *bad*. From the PoV of arc and narrative I like how they make her character descend. From early S02 with "my own sister! An innocent!" to coldly closing the windows after Haelena jumps. Huge change.
@zbogus77 - Celts
- Anglo-Saxons + Germanics
I think the forgotten peoples would be: Romans, Mesoamerican cultures, Greek based fantasy (which is different from just using Greek mythology characters, which is common), medieval Spain (except in Ana Marรญa Matute?).
"Lusty" didn't mean "given to lust" but "healthy, lively". See, for ex., how about a century later one of the ladies in waiting to Mary Stuart was nicknamed "the Lusty" due to her vigorous, lively dancing.
This made me think: do we know the names of medieval dogs? Yes. From a 15th c. English manuscript called The Names of All Manner of Hounds, where we have such names as: Quester (on a quest), Sable (black), Amyable, Dawngere (danger), Lusty (high-spirited), Saresyn (Saracen).
The idea of calling pet dogs Apollodorus, Cratylus, Euthyphro, Diotima, Philebus, Meno, Protagoras, Callicles, Gorgias, Aristophanes, Glaucon, Parmenides, Zeno, and then taking them for walks every day.
@reinfernication I like your present pfp more because it makes me think on Rhaena Targaryen. Not that these are bad pics, they are more sexy than romantic.
@SJ_Murray@DrFrancisYoung Yes! Many animal names were ironic. I'm now studying how squirrels were kept as pets in the high and late middle ages (Queen Philippa of Hainault may have kept one).
@BlakeKellii@sgodofsk Equal as equal equal, before God and men. I won't stand for anything less and I wil reject any men who thinks himself or his group superior to any other humans.
@SashaGusevPosts Interesting that Jewish people are conveniently on top of IQ. I'm sure it has nothing to do with justifications to his beloved little ethnostate.
@magicinthealps The women I know who have been promiscuous, careless, girlbosses, party girls, fat, etc. still got men. The women who had issues on this area are all shy and introverted. The real advice would be "be more extroverted" but no one wants to acknowledge that key aspect.
@magicinthealps Ime, if you are a woman, you will never be missing male attention. My grandmother had suitors until her death basically. Mother is still being hit. I can tell you countless examples. The real key on any woman getting a man is not being old, fat, ugly, whatever. It's being shy.
@eris_nerung A long time ago I did this (unfollow + remove follow) and for what I know the gentleman in question seethed for about a year, blocked me and attacked me later. I suppose some people consider it less impolite to leave the option although I would prefer the soft block.
