As they get going, they do a roll call on whether the members have listened to and read all public testimony.

That winter delight of turning off the main state roads to the smaller borough-maintained roads that have vastly better snow removal. (And bonus are actually nicer as snow roads than rainy-season-gravel-pothole-messes.)
