@JustSnabbit hey, booked a help for 8am, no one turned up post confirmed booking. At 8:22 I raised help and whatsapp support replied agent will come online. No one came. Any number of ‘I need Assistance’, no response. Tried calling thru the app, the call gets disconnected. 50mins

@amazonIN my order no 171-0674534-2122729 for 4 tb hard drive and got a 1 tb drive inside . Somehow managed to get a call back and she said after 4 days they will address. I am still waiting for pickup of the wrong hard drive.
