We have an alternative venue for the next few weeks due to our usual hall hosting exams.

With an eye on the weather forecast, tonight's club night is still currently scheduled to go ahead. The Manchester first team are playing a Slann Cup match, which will have priority over 3 courts, and we've agreed that the whole session will finish as soon as the match is over.
It's a double home match night this evening.

Brian Clarke Academy, Booth Street, Oldham, OL9 6EF. 8pm to 10pm. Four courts available in total for match and club.

The Manchester League 1st team picked up 8 vital points in a tough match at Yeti.
A narrow defeat on the handicap in the 2nd round of the Lewis Shield for the Tameside team.
And two great wins for the Manchester Open team.

No home matches so all four courts are available for club play. 7.15pm to 9.45pm.

An away win for the Manchester Open team last night. 14-4 at Silver Feather.
The Manchester Open team still unbeaten but with a tough local derby against high-flying Hyde up next.
Medlock through to the final of the Slann Cup. Thanks to @Nomads_badders 3 for some really good games.
The final is next Wednesday against Roe Green at Salford Academy.
We're back at Great Academy tonight with two home matches. The rearranged Slann Cup semi-final against @Nomads_badders 3, and a Tameside League match v @ManorBadminton A.
One court available for club night
All from 7.15pm.
Our Manchester League captain and the committee are looking into alternatives for the Slann Cup semi-final which was the time-sensitive match that fell foul of the provider's decision. The scheduled Tameside League match will be rearranged to a later date.
Unfortunately tonight's confirmed and paid booking at our alternative venue of Oldham Sixth Form College was cancelled by the provider yesterday. Apologies to our members and the two visiting teams who had planned to travel.
As things stand, it's no badminton tonight.

Due to the icy conditions and tonight's forecast below freezing temperatures, we've been informed that all sports bookings at Great Academy are cancelled today.
