With ERAS submitted, I have to emphasize to M1-M3s: make a doc, not a CV, with numbered lists and categories, of everything you do. Every award, volunteer event, research activity, etc. Numbered 1-x, from first to the last, in order, with dates and supervisors.

Just trust me.
