@aproko_doctor Just that food and water seems to be that "thing" For the benefit of fasting 1.Weight loss, 2.Can reduce insulin resistance( not really water here )3.Fight inflammation etc.But the purpose of water denial is that some people do not feel deprived when they do it with water/fruits

@AdorableDashie Your comparison is so awkward; cutting of hands has no benefit at all, but circumcised people enjoy more far benefits, make a statistics and ask those circumcised if they were to chose to circumcised as an infant or not ? You will be shocked of the percentage that will day yes.
