لكل فرد الحق في تملك ملكية خاصة، تلبي احتياجاته الأساسية المطلوبة في عيش حياة كريمة، ولا يجوز حرمان أحد من ملكيته تعسفا، سواء سلبها منه، أو إخراجه منها، إلا بعد دفع تعويض عادل يحدد من قبل القانون، في حال وجود أسباب تتعلق بالمنفعة العامة والمصلحة الاجتماعية.

بين الوالدين سواء مع الأم أو مع الأب بشكل منفصل أو لوحدهم بين الأراضي المختلفة في ولايات السودان أو خارجه.
إلى أين؟ ومتى ستنتهي هذه الظاهرة؟ وما الحلول المطروحة؟

يحق لجميع الأطفال أن ينشؤوا في بيئة أسرية داعمة، فلكل طفل الحق في أن ينمو بين أبويه.
