w/o bias and false propaganda. I expected Eugene Cheta Epelle - Ahoada West Chairman in Rivers State to go see + fix the community school Winnie Miller brought to his knowledge and that of the public
โOn Sunday, the Chairman of Ahoada West LGA, Eugene Cheta Epelle, came to my house and confronted my mother. He said I was trying to damage his image online because of the video I posted showing the bad condition of a secondary school in Ahoada West. He accused me of insulting his office and then told people to beat me in front of him. If not for people around who stopped them, they would have killed me.โ

"Because the referee can make a mistake, it's not fair to judge him. And most importantly, I did it for the people in the whole world, they wanted to watch the game."

Here is the text of the broadcast taken from a tape of the speech by Major Chukuma Nzeogwu right after the Igbo coup on Lover Radio Kaduna on 15 January 1966, starting at about 12.30 P.M.
Nzeogwu broadcast over Radio Kaduna just after noon on Saturday 15 January.
He spoke in the name of the Supreme Council of the Revolution of the Nigerian Armed Forces to declare martial law over the Northern provinces of Nigeria.
Nowhere did he mention "Chief Obafemi Awolowo."
The Igbo officers assassinated the Northern leader "Hausa" and the Western leader "Yoruba," and after the coup, an Igbo officer was made the Head of State.
He immediately cancelled the Regional Government at the time that limited the Igbos from going into other regions and doing whatever they wanted. After this, Igbos started taking over key roles in other regions, mocking the Northerners and claiming they would rule for 1000 years. The Northerners planned a counter coup to take over power from the Igbos. It worked, the Igbos felt powerless and quickly declared Biafra to try and subdue the minority and annex the oil in the Eastern region for themselves.
But the Northerners were already angry for what the Igbos did.
So they both declared war!
The Northerners accepted that their counter coup was the "Northern Coup."
The Igbos refused to take responsibility that the first coup was an "Igbo coup."
Till today, Igbos don't take responsibility for their actions. They will gaslight and blame others just like in the 60s.
They claim Kaduna Nzeogwu, the leader of the coup, is not an Igbo man, but the same Kaduna Nzeogwu fought alongside Ojukwu, his Igbo brothers in the Civil war. Still, they denied it. In fact, two of the leaders of the coup plotters fought alongside Ojukwu during the Biafra war.
Igbos came up with propaganda that it was Awolowo, a Yoruba man, they planned the coup for to release him from prison and let him be the Head of State.
Did the coup plotters release him? No.
Did he become the Head of State after the coup? No.
Who became the Head of State? An Igbo man, Ironsi. Did Ironsi jail the coup plotters? No. In fact, they were paid.
Did Ironsi release Awolowo? No.
Awolowo was released after the counter coup was carried out by the Northerners.
When the Northerners realized how badly the Igbos had treated the Yorubas, they needed the alliance and support of the Yorubas, and they knew releasing Awolowo would be pleasing to the Yorubas.
Igbos need to learn how to accept responsibility for their actions instead of childishly trying to blame or gaslight their way through.
till today, Nigeria is still suffering from the actions of the Igbos in 1966. If you look at Nigeria today, who are still the people demarketing Nigeria, wishing Nigeria bad, hoping Nigeria gets invaded, calling Nigeria a zoo? invading other peoples region and disrespecting them? Wanting to become a political leader in your region but won't accept the same in their own region!
Well, you have your answer!
