@KentROSystems Inspite of repeated requests since last 10 days no service person visited . My Kent RO not working & I am buying water bottles . Why so much of negligence for service from Kent. A sales call is attended immediately while service call has zero attention from Kent. Please attend.

@KentROSystems Trying your service center since last one week, no one is responding. As of now also no one called me nor technician visited. It is just 8 months old and not working. Please look into the issue . I see Kent replying to Sales calls only and not for service calls .
