Awful - @ZipcarUK customer service is truly appalling. When will get I this promised call from a manager - it has been 2 weeks and 2 automated emails totally disregarding my complaint

I implore @Zipcar to fully reply to my complaint instead of automative messages totally disregarding the dangerous situation we were in when @Zipcar car broke down and the appalling service we got, essentially being blamed for the situation

@HMRCcustomers My accountants for some reason cant access my account to proceed with my refund for the tax return despite having already had access to it. So in turn, I can't get my SA302 which I urgently need for my mortgage as the tax return is not 100% complete
