Peter Carino. What a fine writer he is. Lots to do this week for #UMWRIT301 but all for good reason. Hoping to delve deeper into my research as the semester continues. In a nutshell, I'm looking into how the physical environment affects the writing process all that jazz. Fun fun!

Week 3 of #UMWRIT301 introduces an interesting new topic of code-meshing. Author Vershawn Ashanti Young says that "code-meshing [is] fully able to help students and anyone else produce expressive, persuasive, effective prose for [many] purposes." Now let's get to it Ole Miss 📝

This week in #UMWRIT301 I discovered that scholarly discourse never truly comes to a close when you have unique thoughts and continuous discussion! Something will always be gained when hearing another's view on an issue!

On Joining the Convo: Convo's aren't arguments with an end deciding who's right/wrong. Convo's are a space for ongoing discussion and expressing concepts/opinions whether scholarly or casually. "Catch the tenor of the convo and put in your oars." New voices=new ideas #UMWRIT301

I hope to learn in WRIT 301 this summer how to be a helpful and successful writing consultant, so I can aide other students in their writing processes and in turn improve my own writing skills to better myself as a scholar, future doctor, and individual seeking growth #UMWRIT301
