Hello @WrenKitchens. Your customer service team has completely ignored me for over a month now in regards to a complaint. We’re still having issues with the kitchen and I’ve chased multiple times. I’ve also been kept on hold for nearly an hour on numerous occasions.
Not me calling the access line at @TheO2 at 11:44 and being told to call back at 11:55 for accessibility tickets, only to be on hold for over half and hour 😭😭😭😭

What made it worse was me needing to purchase food at the layover airport to make sure I had something to eat. So I spent over £800 on a flight which included food and then had to spend on top of it to make sure I didn’t die 🙃 @emirates my
Not quite over @emirates being unable to offer me a nut free meal and tell passengers to avoid eating peanuts on the flight. Did I eat for 15 hours? No. Did the flight attendants know the ingredients in the on-flight meals? No. Did a flight attendant tell me to “just eat it” yes.
Don’t think I’ve seen a shitshow quite like EVRI. They’ve lost a parcel of mine I sold via Vinted and my order got cancelled. The result? Lost my money AND my item. I can’t speak to a single human being about the issue and their bots are just as nonsensical. NEED TO SCREAM.
