@GermanyDiplo @GermanyinIndia says they can't do anything until they get a revert from Auslanderbehorde Stuttgart. No one is helping us. We are stuck (absolutely no idea why) and my passport is also with German Embassy since 6.5months now.

Secret is out! Use @ShiprocketIndia & keep on fighting for your missing parcel. Shows delivered but not delivered, Shiprocket team rejects dispute after 10days giving a poor excuse-CX unreachable (all 3 numbers?). PS-How was the parcel delivered if you couldn't contact the CX?

Usual time is 8-12 weeks. My passport is with the embassy for more than 24 weeks now. Pls help. Some clarity would really help us.
