Thats kinda how price tags work?
A game thats half the price of another is going to make less per game sold in comparison. They would need to sell twice as many games to make the same profit. The point here is it sold more, regardless of the cost 🤣

played #fortnite with @Huskerton a day or so ago, witnessed our first hacker after a couple years of playing. honestly felt like we just got an achievement. dude wasnt even good 🤣

@Jestboa everything in the art world is a gamble, its if you want to risk that gamble for something that could either let you down bad, or skyrocket your career

Regarding art. 1k or 10k doesnt guarantee you get what you paid for. Commissioning artists is a gamble unless you KNOW you can trust them, either through friend recommendation or personally knowing them. Take the gamble, it might be your best decision yet, or it could fumble. 🤷

You can find plenty of cheap, QUALITY, model artists/riggers, you dont gotta go all out on a 10k+ model and forcing yourself into that financial debt. It just takes a little bit more effort to find said people, heck I have given free or cheaper stuff to friends before.

So many of the older Pals were either blatant 1:1 or multiple pokemon in one. Need I point out Verdash with its "Cinderace if they were grass type", Robinquill with Decidueye, and a few others.
Personally I like the art direction now, they dont look like copies/knockoffs anymore

But people seeing an electric dog and just jumping to yamper despite the designs not being similar are disingenuous
