๐จ Anthropic just showed a 27-minute workshop on how to actually do prompts for Claude.
Taught by the people who built it.
Free. No registration. No paywall.
I've seen $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes.
Watch it and bookmark it now.
Surface delight works once. Deep delight brings them back.
A product that only works functionally has nothing to anchor the story to โ and nothing to sell emotionally.
In agentic AI, speed to market means nothing if users feel nothing.

Something I keep seeing in agentic AI:
Everyone is racing to ship. Fast. Faster. Yesterday.
As someone in GTM talking to customers about AI adoption โ I get it. Speed matters.
But one question I don't hear enough:
Are users actually staying? Or just showing up once?
Ask yourself:
When your user finishes a task with your product โ what do they feel?
Proud of what they built? Finally in control? Ready to show a colleague?
Or just... done?
That difference matters more than anything on your roadmap.
