@virginmedia Broadband is out in the area meaning now landline is out/has been for days and left an 83 year old who relies on her landline without the use of her phone/cannot receive calls including from the hospital. Moving to a landline via a router was a bad call!

@virginmedia Removed the handset, pulled out and replaced all the cables, reset the router and everything we could do. She’s been without her landline for 3 days and it is expected to be fixed in another 3 days “hopefully”
