@AvonandsomerRob Humidity is key to how tolerable the hot weather is.
High humidity reduces our ability to keep cool.
Low humidity increases our ability to keep cool and thereby enjoy time outside in the sun.
It's been very humid in the UK during these heatwaves.
@autocar Other manufacturers are not the problem with BMW. BMW is the one making its products self a laughing stock. (and screwing over their customers with subscriptions)
@eV_Newt@Only9built Using a label which applies to every single person born between 1944 and 1964 in a negative way does come over as somewhat bigoted though.
@detta1z Check to ensure that you are not going to be suckered into paying everlasting subscriptions in order to have use of the things the car came out the factory with. Especially so with BMW's.
@CallumLyon I prefer holidays in the UK. Freedom of my own car, stunning countryside, beaches and villages. Great pubs, decent food and as often as not, great weather.
If you require blazing sunshine, cheap food and drink. And can tolerate the airport torture, then enjoy your trips abroad.
@eV_Newt@Only9built Man. I agree with you about the burning of shit. But, because he is a Boomer does not mean that all Boomers think like him. Your argument is good. Your sterotyping spoils it.
@AutoInfatuation Another time, I made the sale, they paid cash in full, and said they'd arrange for someone to collect it. Despite my chasing, it was still there several weeks later. Eventually, I got pushy, and they collected it (BMW 730i). This one was bound for Malaysia. Apparently.
@AutoInfatuation I once sold one late at night, from my deserted industrial unit. There were one of me and four of them, all from the Orient. They paid cash and left with it (Audi 100CD) bound for export to Hong Kong, so they said.
