@Tesco took an own brand food item back after finding a foreign body inside. Store cust services told me "what do you want me to do about it?". She eventually processed the item, but left feeling she did not take me seriously after taking my details on a scrap of paper.

@Tesco No, wasn't given any reference numbers, she put something through on the till, and then just wrote my name and phone number on a piece of till roll, and attached it to the packet. She even gave me the object back.

@Tesco Hi Dylan, was somewhere between 7-7.30pm in Cleethorpes store. I think her name was Debbie (not 100% sure), she was the older of two ladies on the desk.

She clearly did not want the company to take any responsibility for it, tried to fob me off to ring the manufacturer (which is you - its own brand), and I felt like I was in the wrong for finding a choking hazard in a food product bought from your store
