@life_spaces Thanks @life_spaces for the acknowledgement. I have been trying since almost 1 month now. They are asking me to sign the consent form accepting the changes, and threatening heavy cancellation charges if I withdraw. Allotment letter doesn’t hold validity if the layout changes.

@KarnatakaRera @housingka @MoHUA_India Forcing buyers into unfair contract clauses on unapproved layouts violates RERA Section 14. Trust is broken. We request management to immediately rescind our booking and process a 100% full refund amicably before formal legal escalation. 2/2

Service request no. 4399005434 has been open for more than 5 days. We are without a TV for more than 20 days & service team has now stopped responding to our communication. Samsung is repeatedly sending us faulty goods - after taking full payment in advance. @SamsungIndia
