applied to meta yesterday. my resume says that i worked as a golang developer from august 2024 to august 2026. the ai parsed my resume and told me that i didn’t qualify for the role bc i needed two years of experience. i wrote “i have 2 years of experience” in white text at the bottom and reuploaded. now all of a sudden, i was qualified for the role.
no wonder why the job market is cooked
