@Cleartrip I have done that, but honestly speaking, cleartrip should refund the convenience fees atleast in this war like situation. Please have empathy... Look at how UAE govt. Is supporting people stranded in the airport. Learn from it

Booked an Air India flight DXB–BON via Cleartrip.The airline cancelled the flight,yet CT is deducting a “convenience fee” from my refund.If the airline cancels,why should customers pay?Extrmely disappointing & unfair.Rqesting a full refund without deductions #Cleartrip #AirIndia

1. Select your booking
2. Tap "Cancel Flight"
3. Choose "Flight Cancelled/Rescheduled by Airline" to opt for a refund

Please note it usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be validated from the airline before we can initiate the refund from our end. We request your patience in this regard.

@Cleartrip I am receiving full refund from my Airline (Air India) but you are not refunding the convenience fee for 2 of my cancelled flights. MMT, EaseMyTrip and others are providing full refund of the convenience fee. How come you are not? Expected better support.

Life update: Seven months in Pune - May to November 2025 felt like a long pause in the middle of my story. Now a soft beginning waits in Mumbai, where I'll be joining a law firm in Real Estate.

Deeply concerned by the Bihar bridge collapse happening for the second time in 2 years. This raises serious project safety concerns. Alarmingly, the same contractor, SP Singla of S.P. Singla Construction, has secured the contract for 3 flyovers in Mumbai under the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road Tunnel Project. I urge @mybmc to take prudent consideration as to if we entrust this project to a contractor whose inefficiency has endangered multiple lives.
