In heart failure, reduced cardiac output activates the sympathetic nervous system and the renin angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS), leading to sodium and water retention by the kidneys. At the same time, elevated venous hydrostatic pressure increases the movement of fluid from the capillaries into the surrounding tissues. Gravity makes this fluid collect predominantly in the ankles and lower legs, producing bilateral pitting edema. As heart failure progresses, patients may also develop exertional dyspnea, orthopnea, paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea, fatigue, elevated jugular venous pressure, pulmonary crackles, and rapid weight gain due to fluid retention.

बैठक में हरियाणा क्लीन एयर प्रोजेक्ट फॉर सस्टेनेबल डेवलपमेंट (HCAPSD) के अंतर्गत वर्ष 2026-27 की वार्षिक कार्य योजना क�� समीक्षा करते हुए अधिकारियों को स्वच्छ वायु, हरित परिवहन और सतत विकास को बढ़ावा देने के लिए आधुनिक तकनीकों के प्रभावी उपयोग के निर्देश दिए।

इसके साथ ही स्क्रैप वाहनों के ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण एवं वैज्ञानिक निस्तारण के लिए एक समर्पित पोर्टल विकसित करने, राज्यभर में इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन चार्जिंग स्टेशनों की स्थापना में तेजी लाने तथा इलेक्ट्रिक बस सेवाओं, वायु गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन, पराली प्रबंधन और एआई आधारित निगरानी प्रणाली से जुड़े कार्यों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा में पूरा करने के निर्देश भी दिए।
