Externalize working memory with planners and notes.

Externalize problem-solving with a whiteboard, or pen and paper.

โจhighly effective for most w/ADHD w/minimal side effects

โจstimulants. Likeโฆcaffeine. They donโt get us high, they help us work.
Sunday blues can hit hard when the evening sets in & you realize it's back to work next day. To counter this we make sure to have a plan for Monday morning so we've got momentum. Bonus for writing the plan in our modo.
The plan mostly involves good tea & food. That's the secret.
As days grow shorter and nights grow colder, we've noticed the decrease in warmth & sunlight affecting our mood. One reason we go for small cheerful touches like the placeholder email in our early access signup form: to remind us there are brighter days ahead ๐ #contentdesign
