@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @_Kalyan_K my order #OD438855056915857100 is getting delayed from 19th oct and everyday it is getting extended with no support from your team. I’m getting extended dates daily. All 3 orders from BBD are an issue for me. Worst customer service ever!

Order#1344258030-2 glasses,told by ur store person to get bfr 8th july,date shown ws 7th &10th,expedited for 10th,glasses recd on 6th,bt ones which were supposed to deliver on 7th r nw delayed to 13th. I hv flight to catch tonight with these glasses. @Lenskart_com @peyushbansal

@flipkartsupport @_Kalyan_K -I bought AC & during installation frm ur team,it was notified that AC is damaged internally.Timeline was 24th may for resolution then it went to 25th & now on 26th it is not resolved & with no response! @Flipkart is becoming worst marketplace in India

I need your intervention to resolve my problem. This is taking too long now and the sole purpose of ordering from @Flipkart is getting defeated!

Now, it is showing 10 days to get the replaced product, this is unacceptable. We get product in a day or 2 after order, cant wait for new one. If this is taking too long, then please cancel the order and refund my amount.
