@ToyotaUK What is the use of this apology, @ToyotaMotorCorp @ToyotaUK should atleast sell catloc at a nominal price. It is being sold at £299 by service and it is also not fool proof. I also see no regret or compensation for the delay of spare parts by a month.

Terribly upset with @ToyotaUK, my auris catalytic converter was stolen and order placed on 5th sep. it was without ETA for a long time and after lot of push, I am told it will come tomorrow after 1 month. Nothing offered by Toyota for this long delay. Regret buying #toyota

@ToyotaUK Definitely you are not supporting customers and I was not even given courtesy car or even an apology for the delay of getting the spare parts. I trusted Toyota and came to service centre, it was a big let down. I was even scolded once for calling again and again. Huge loss for me

Even Courtesy car was not provided by Toyota and I had to use my insurance. Toyota auris is major target for theft of catalytic converter and there is long wait for spare parts. Making money in catloc as well. Bad customer service from @ToyotaMotorCorp @toyotauk
