@DrSpratticus Dr. Spratt, since the model is referencing some literature by quick search, indexing NCCN guidelines can generate clinically grounded responses. Not sure of the legality of it though.

This will grab headlines but they used the ChatGPT 4 model which is for basic reasoning, which I would not consider tumor board to fit this. The o3 model actually reasons and would be at least a fighting chance.

I have put it to the test with very complex scenarios with sufficient input and appropriate prompts and does exceptional.
