@JioCare My jio internet is not working for the past 10days even though my package is recharged for the whole year & the signal in my place shows full.
Jiocare in MyJio app is not helping me resolve the problem, as I am connected only to a bot & not able to speak to an executive.

This problem happens everytime with ur Annual plan, but works ok with Monthly packs. (It demotivates us to recharge with any of ur Annual plans in future!)
