Jordan Peterson had a researcher, Richard E Tremblay, on his podcast talking about violent play/behavior in young children is a predictor or correlates to adulthood outcomes. I recall it had similar outcomes. Grok link with more info. Tremblay’s research also talks prevention via early age intervention.
It seems obvious when you think about it.

@nickshirleyy@realDailyWire My Romanian friends who immigrated to US shared similar stories. They didn’t starve but limited food options and routine shortages with lots of waiting lines for hours to get simple staples like bread or not getting anything because they ran out.
@ihtesham2005 I was unaware of Professor Strang’s immense reputation. His introductory linear algebra book served as the text for both of my linear algebra courses during my university years.
Want to thank @Delta for staffing the atlanta airport with their employees guiding & navigating passengers through the terminal amidst the chaos. Compared to last Monday morning it was a big contrast. Also kudos to the anonymous delta employee that asked to see my boarding pass and guided me to the priority line (massive time saver) . Super duper helpful.
Hopefully our Georgia state senators step up like Delta and their employees did so air travel can return to normal.
Also a big shout out to the unpaid @DHSgov (tsa) workers that are showing up and doing their job. This is my 4th trip in 3 weeks & I’m impressed by the tsa dedication to making my flying safe.
I stand corrected, additional grok prompting has illuminated that these fees do not cover day to day operational costs. https://t.co/oskxsyNLaS
The treasury picks up the shortfall. Maybe this should change? Either way frontline essential day-to-day tsa/faa should be free from congressional shenanigans.
Magnificent & noble gesture, however the House of Representatives and the senate need to do their job and fund dhs. Air travel is an essential service & the second unnecessary disruption of this essential service due to politicians not doing the right thing in recent months.
TSA & FAA funding structure needs changes since our elected representatives cannot be trusted to govern. Maybe tsa & air controllers should be paid directly from ticket fees from agency accounts that ensure political disagreement cannot disrupt service.
Per grok a $375 base fare will have $56.79 added to it for FAA & TSA fees, plus more govt fees/taxes approximate 18% total. If 2 million people fly a day and $25 is collected per passenger that roughly $55,000,000 collected per day. If those fees can be secured to an account that is politician protected to ensure faa/tsa operations are not disrupted then that should be done. Maybe that’s enough to cover day to day agency costs?
@ossoff is this Jon Ossoff who sent me a text asking for a donation to your campaign this morning while TSA agents are working without pay facing overdrawn bank accounts and eviction notices while reporting to work with no pay?
