Procrastination kills solopreneurship.
Here are a few ways I see people procrastinating:
- Reading too much
- Designing logos and fonts
- Trying too many technologies
- Making sure the website is perfect

1 Affordable housing, attainable housing - we need places for people to live. This is such a critical need it means we're going to have to do things differently. Municipalities, you will have to engage with private developers to get this done.
5 There's a very real risk of losing a proposed 25 affordable homes to market value in my region because we can't make the numbers work. My greatest wish is that all levels of government communicate with each other and share the vision of a home for everyone
Still working on building #affordablehousing News this morning re increased Federal funding is welcome, and I'm hoping it helps us get the housing we need. Not all of us are greedy private developers. We are trying hard to make the numbers work so we can get units built
9 Foundations - it's time to step up. Affordable housing needs are urgent. Big developers aren't doing this work. There aren't enough nonprofits with money to do it. Us private folks with a main want to and could, but we need your help
