@MarkAnthony1047 @JetBlue We had the same experience. The entire row behind us and man in my row refused masks and the staff was annoyed when we asked them to enforce them. They were also all off another plane we were delayed for, after boarding. @jetblue has gone so downhill.

@JetBlue No, you don’t. We flew @jetblue last night out of MCO and it was a nightmare. 0 enforcement of masks, people eating and drinking the entire time, rude staff, dirty plane. Will not fly @jetblue again.
