This mass exodus from bedside nursing will be of historical proportions. The initial waves have started but in the coming decade hospitals will become desperate. The Year Of The Nurse & Midwife has exhausted & demoralized far too many.

My favorite part of this pandemic is not having covid tests to test patients but celebrities/athletes getting tested daily :)
