What a gorgeous, painful, hopeful portrait of our last class. Thank you all for your fight, spirit, and excellence - wishing you each the success you deserve!

I think the News is asking all of the right questions. The MSU board should stop conducting its business in secret, on the Thursdays just prior to the public Friday meeting. They should go on record now as to their stance on releasing the 6,000 documents. Have a public roll call vote.
I was at the meeting, and they were not a mob. They threatened no one. They did not scream and yell as @JackLipton claims. Yes they were loud at times, but so what? They quieted down when the gavel banged. They were upset at the political hit job on Vassar. He says that because it suits his narrative.
After weeks again of the privileged documents in our case being back under discussion, I am grateful to stand with my Sister Survivors today in heart, and for the sister who read my statement to the Board.
My statement is below.
I was at the whole (4 hour!) meeting today, and I have to say, this is accurate pertaining to Byrum and Scott. They planned this ambush on Vassar and it backfired on them.
This was not on the agenda, either.
The Board makes major decisions in private but refuses to vote on a motion made during a public meeting.
Call a special meeting ASAP to vote on Denno's motion to release the Nassar documents.
Regarding MSU’s current crisis: look closer. This is what it is all about…an effort to keep the MSU Nassar investigation from ever happening, and the 6,000 documents buried forever. Trustees Byrum, Scott, and interim president Woodruff are anti-release https://t.co/FgXyCYSWtJ
We are still making waves as our Battle nears its third anniversary. Check here over the next week for some exciting updates. But for a little background, read about one of our newest partners! https://t.co/QhSXWDYsqa
@drrema4msu and President Woodruff are showing leadership where there was none under the previous @michiganstateu administration. Excited to see this finish and get to the wall! (That’s the finish line equivalent in swimming) thanks @TonyPaul1984!
An incredible rise from the ashes for @ASUSwimDive. Looking forward to a journey for the record books with @MSUswimdive under the leadership of @halleral
As our fight nears its third anniversary, we are blessed to have the support of legendary UM coach Mike Bottom. All the pieces are falling into place for the return of @MSUswimdive! Thanks @TonyPaul1984 for a fantastic piece.

With funding for a new 50-meter pool approved, Michigan State University’s board of trustees sees a “window of opportunity” for reinstating the university’s controversially-cut swim and dive program. https://t.co/K5yXHbCLnG
