Solana leverages Proof of History (PoH), ensuring cryptographic timestamps for transactions. This guarantees an immutable order of operations, eliminating manipulation risks. Recently, a pseudo-mempool was introduced to improve transaction efficiency without negatively impacting security.

✅ 50,000 TPS vs. 20 TPS – Resistance to DoS Attacks
Solana processes over 50,000 transactions per second, while Ethereum handles only 20 TPS (Ethereum 2.0 may increase this to 100-1,000 TPS). Higher throughput reduces the risk of DoS attacks, lowers transaction fees, and accelerates finality.

More interestingly, burned fees (EIP-1559) have now surpassed staking rewards, meaning Ethereum’s security model increasingly relies on demand-driven fee burns rather than inflationary rewards.
