@JDWFashion - looking for some help please, we had a faulty bed delivered, 3 weeks sleeping on the floor, numerous calls to yourselves & 2 days off work to be there for an engineer who didn't turn up & we've been offered 15% compensation off the cost of the bed. Not good enough.

@NespressoUK i’ve just had to book my machine in for its 3rd repair in a month, at this point i’d have expected to have been offered a new replacement machine as this is beyond ridiculous.

@British_Airways I was turned away at the gate from a flight which was oversold, your Customer Service Manager at Gatwick told 6 of us we'd receive £215 per person as an apology (within 5 working days) AND rebooked onto an alternative flight later that day. But still no refund.
